Booking Date Changes

•  Customers can request changes to their booking date, subject to availability.
•  Requests for changing the booking date must be made at least 1 day prior to the original booking date.
•  Changes to the booking date are subject to approval by our team.

Refund Policy

• Only 50% of the booking amount is refundable after booking.
• Refund eligibility is determined based on the cancellation date and our cancellation policy.

Cancellation

• Cancellations made within 1 day of the booking date are not eligible for a refund.
• Cancellations made at least 1 day prior to the booking date may be eligible for a partial refund of 50% of the booking amount.
• No refunds will be provided for cancellations made on or after the booking date.

Refund Process

• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 to 10 business days from the date of cancellation approval.
• The refund will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original booking.

Non-Refundable Fees

Certain fees may be non-refundable, such as processing fees or taxes.
